The producer organisation, Nordiska Grönsaksmästarna i ekonomisk förening, is made up of almost thirty of the region's best farmers. A wide range of high-quality vegetables is grown. As an economic association, one of our tasks is to bring together the supply of our members and secure the sale of their products at a market price. All our members have a personal login to our web portal, where they can see their settlements with current prices, print labels and packing slips, secure traceability, as well as read about member- and industry-related information.
The market company, Grönsaksmästarna Nordic AB, works primarily with developing, marketing, packaging and distributing everything the producer organisation grows. The market company manages products from hundreds of farmers. The company is owned by Investum Förvaltning AB, owned by the brothers Peter, Tony and Stefan Tadic. A business structure that makes Grönsaksmästarna a stable partner with a broad knowledge of fruit, vegetables, production and retail. The market company has a turnover of over SEK 650 million and 45 employees.

Grönsaksmästarna has an efficient production site for concept packaging with the capacity to meet both the needs of our farmers and customers. Our skilled production staff ensures that this is possible.
A significant part of the products we deliver are packaged in our packing facility. This means that Grönsaksmästarna stands for investments, knowledge and staff, allowing the farmers to focus on one thing: producing the best possible products.
Grönsaksmästarna has a close and successful collaboration with Green Pac. In close collaboration, we help each other to develop the optimal packaging and packaging concepts. All product development that we do together, is characterised by sustainability thinking and the goal is to provide customers with what they want without compromising the environment.
Green Pac are specialists in packing root vegetables.
At beautiful Bjäre, many of the best early vegetables in Scandinavia are grown. Several of the best farmers sell their potatoes under the brand name Bjäre Hembygd.
At the packaging station at Bjäre, we wash and pack potatoes both for the supermarkets and the restaurant industry. The technique we use at the packaging station allow us to produce fine and even-sized potatoes.
Grönsakmästarna gives priority to the constant work on quality issues. As a customer, you should rest assured that we always deliver a first-grade product at the right time. Certification is a valuable tool for ensuring quality. The fact that the whole company is both FSSC and KRAV certified is a security for our customers and a matter of course for us. Grönsaksmästarna works continuously with risk analyses, sampling and test deliveries, as well as implements preventive measures. The demands we make on our farmers are demands we make on ourselves.
The overall quality objective is to deliver the products and services demanded by customers and suppliers, in a consistent quality and in an even and controlled flow. The quality concept includes raw material, presentation (labelling, strapping, documentation, etc.) and surrounding quality management systems. By working in its quality management system (FSSC), Grönsaksmästarna assures customers and consumers that the products sold are legal, safe and of the right quality.
