Lottentorp

The cucumber farms in Påarp and Allerum outside Helsingborg, amount to a total of 20,000 m². Both farms have recirculating irrigation, which is beneficial to the environment. For the year 2009, a pellet boiler has been installed in one site to further promote the environment.

The cucumbers at Lottentorp AB are planted in early February. Harvesting starts in March and the season lasts until October.

In the fertile eastern part of Skåne, not far from the Bight of Hanö, Marcel and Inge have their farm, Marcello's Farm. They ran a vegetable farm in the Netherlands for several years before they decided to move to Sweden.
