Mattias Hansson

Outside Förslöv, on the beautiful Bjäre Peninsula, Mattias Hansson has his farm. Here, Mattias grows pumpkin, flower sprouts, kale and new potatoes.

Mattias recalls growing up on the farm where he now is practising farming with his siblings. It seemed natural for Mattias to continue to work on the farm after school.

Mattias enjoys new products and appreciates growing flower sprouts, which is a new and exciting product. Personally, he also thinks the kale is great!

Lottentorp

The cucumber farms in Påarp and Allerum outside Helsingborg, amount to a total of 20,000 m². Both farms have recirculating irrigation, which is beneficial to the environment. For the year 2009, a pellet boiler has been installed in one site to further promote the Environment.

Marcelloś Farm

In the fertile eastern part of Skåne, not far from the Bight of Hanö, Marcel and Inge have their farm, Marcello's Farm. They ran a vegetable farm in the Netherlands for several years before they decided to move to Sweden.

Nylyckans Ekologiska

The farm Nylyckan is located near the summer paradise Båstad in southwestern Skåne. Here, the family Ragnarsson, Dahn, Monica and their son Erik have grown vegetables since 1982, when the family took over Dahn's father's farm.
