Kale

Kale has dark green ruffled leaves. Kale has a textural bite and a pronounced cabbage flavour.

Kale works well in for example soups, white stews, soufflés and salads. In the last few years, kale has become popular in smoothies. Kale is a classic at the Christmas table.

Best stored at 2 to 4 °C.
