Hallagårdens Grönsaker

In Degeberga, just outside Kristianstad, Gustav Thell runs Hallagårdens Grönsaker with a clear goal: to deliver flavorful and high-quality vegetables. Unlike many who farm out of tradition, Gustav’s own drive is what fuels his commitment.

His cultivation includes leafy greens such as Cosmopolitan, Sabrossa, and Sallarossa – along with staples like leek and white cabbage, which have earned a natural place in the fields.

Lottentorp

The cucumber farms in Påarp and Allerum outside Helsingborg, amount to a total of 20,000 m². Both farms have recirculating irrigation, which is beneficial to the environment. For the year 2009, a pellet boiler has been installed in one site to further promote the Environment.

Marcelloś Farm

In the fertile eastern part of Skåne, not far from the Bight of Hanö, Marcel and Inge have their farm, Marcello's Farm. They ran a vegetable farm in the Netherlands for several years before they decided to move to Sweden.

The farm Nylyckan is located near the summer paradise Båstad in southwestern Skåne. Here, the family Ragnarsson, Dahn, Monica and their son Erik have grown vegetables since 1982, when the family took over Dahn's father's farm.
