Cauliflower

Cauliflower, with its nicely crunchy texture and tasty cabbage flavour, is a member of the cabbage family.    Cauliflower is widely used in traditional Swedish cooking, such as gratins, white stews and soups. Cauliflower is also popular in the Asian cuisine, as a wok vegetable or in an Indian masala. It is also tasty and crispy raw in salads. Paired with for example meat or fish dishes, it is best steamed. 

Cauliflower is a sensitive product that should be consumed as quickly as possible. Best stored at 1 to 3 °C.
