
Haricots verts
Haricots verts are snap beans harvested before they mature. They are green and have an oval pod. They are crispy with a mild and sweet flavour.
They are just as tasty cold as warm, so add them to your salads and to meals. There are many different ways to prepare them: including stir-fried, fried or boiled. Simply fry them in some butter and eat them as is with some salt.
Best stored at 7 °C.
