Broccoli

Broccoli is dark green and arranged in a tree-like structure with a cluster of broccoli florets sitting at the top. Broccoli has a mild cabbage flavour.

Broccoli is a sensitive product that tends to over-boil if you do not pay attention when boiling. Broccoli works well boiled, stewed, baked or raw. Boiled with a bit of butter, it pairs perfectly with meat and fish dishes. Best stored at 1 to 4 °C.
