Rutabaga

The rutabaga is round or flattened and comes in different sizes. It has a stronger cabbage flavour when eaten raw and a slightly sweet flavour when cooked.

Rutabaga can be used in purées, meat stews, soups and gratins. Grated it also works well as raw food. Rutabaga can also be boiled and served as a side dish like potatoes.

Store at 0 to 1 °C. Do not store in sealed bag.
