Pasley root
Parsley root is also sometimes called root parsley and is closely related to parsley. Parsley root is shaped like a carrot, but is white. The flavour is similar to that of celery.
Parsley root works well in for example soups, brown stews or on its own as a vegetable dish.
Best stored at 1 to 3 °C.
