A beautiful kale with mild and sweet taste!

Try to split it in four and fry in butter. A perfect side-dish.

Another tip is to cut the leaves from the stem and fry them in olive oli with sliced shallots and pumpkin seeds, season with salt, pepper and a little red wine vinegar.

Hjärtkål, like other kale, is healthy and tasty.
