Delica
This pumpkin is round, flat, large and dark green with light yellow stripes. The dark yellow pulp has a sweet and nutty flavour.
The shape and size make it ideal for scooping out and using to serve stuffed with soup, brown stew or baked delights.
Best stored at 7 to 10 °C.
