Sugar snaps are a kind of large-podded snow pea that keeps the sweet taste of the snow pea.

They can be enjoyed in many different ways, including raw, but they also work well boiled or fried, just like the traditional snow pea. Pair perfectly with meat, fish or poultry.　

Best stored at 2 to 4 °C.
