
Black kale
Black kale is the result of crossing savoy cabbage and kale and is much-appreciated in Italian cuisine. Black kale has a mild, pleasant flavour and a textural bite.
It works well in soups, brown stews, woks or braised. Black kale also has a great decorational value and is often used in flowerbeds for more colour, shape and height. Certainly, a fascinating vegetable in many ways!
Black kale should be stored at 4 to 8 °C.
