
Cabbage
Classic cabbage where the crispy light green leaves join together in a compact head. Cabbage has a mild cabbage flavour with no bitterness which, along with the texture, contributes to a pleasant eating experience.
Cabbage works well in cabbage rolls, soups, brown and white stews, stir-fried meals and raw in salads. Cabbage is also typically used in pizza salad and coleslaw.
Best stored at 2 to 4 °C.
