Mini cucumber

Just as dark green and cucumber shaped as regular cucumber, only smaller.　The flavour is very light, fresh and with no bitterness. Mini cucumbers are firmer and more packed with flavour than regular cucumbers.

Cucumbers are typically eaten raw chopped into salads and sliced onto sandwiches. Sliced cucumbers can also be dipped.　

Best stored wrapped at 12 to 14 °C and without for example apples and tomatoes that speed up the ripening.
