
Flat-leaved parsley
Plenty of very lobed leaves sit at the top of green to dark green stems. The flavour is very aromatic and distinctive.
Flat-leaved parsley is widely used to add flavour to for example brown stews, gratins and salads. Loses its flavour if heated so add it at the end when cooking. Mainly the leaves are used, but the root and stems are also tasty.
Best stored wrapped at 1 to 4 °C.
