Iceberg lettuce

Classic lettuce where the crispy light green leaves join together in a more or less round head. The flavour is distinctively mild with no bitterness which, along with the texture, contributes to a pleasant eating experience.

Iceberg works well in salads, on sandwiches and as a garnish.

Best stored wrapped at 1 to 4 °C.
