Romaine lettuce

Both the head and the individual light green crispy leaves feature a classic elongated shape. The flavour is distinctively mild with no bitterness which, along with the texture, contributes to a pleasant eating experience.

Romaine works well in the signature dish Caesar salad, on sandwiches, in other salads and as a garnish.

Best stored wrapped at 1 to 4 °C.
