
Chanterelle
Chanterelles are easily identified by their golden colour and funnel-like shape.
Chanterelles work well in many dishes, such as soups, white stews, sauces and pies. They are also excellent fried in butter. Butter-fried chanterelles on toast is heavenly as a starter.
Best stored at 2 to 4 °C.
