
Oyster mushroom
They have a mild and aromatic flavour that pairs perfectly with many dishes.
You can eat the whole mushroom. Oyster mushrooms work well in soups, sauces, white and brown stews. They are also exquisite on their own if you for example fry them in butter and spices.
Best stored at 2 to 4 °C.
