Garlic

A garlic bulb is composed of several garlic cloves enclosed by dry scaly leaves. Garlic has a powerful and distinctive flavour that many either love or hate.

Fresh garlic is used whole, grated, squeezed or chopped as a seasoning in different dishes, but also works well on the grill or in the oven. Garlic is widely used to add flavour to marinades, dressings, sauces and aromatic butter.
