
Zucchini
Zucchini is also known as squash or courgette, depending on their country of origin. It comes in different shapes and colours, but the most common is the green and elongated. Zucchini has a mild and subtle flavour that works well both raw and cooked.
Zucchini can be eaten raw, but can also be served in brown stews, soups, grilled or paired with fish and meat dishes. Zucchini is a key component in ratatouille.
