
Spaghetti
Shaped like a melon and with a beautiful glossy green-yellowish striped skin, the pulp of this squash turns stringy like spaghetti when cooked. The flavour is not very sweet, but relatively neutral.
Thanks to its spaghetti-like texture, the pulp can replace for example noodles or spaghetti.
Best stored at 7 to 10 °C.
