
Parsnip
The parsnip is beige and shaped like a carrot. The parsnip has a spicy and slightly sweet flavour.
It works well in brown stews and soups, but it can also be fried or eaten raw. Pairs perfectly with other root vegetables in for example purées.
Best stored at 1 to 3 °C.
