
Yellow beetroot
On the outside, the yellow beetroot is orangey red and often slightly uneven in shape, while it is yellow on the inside. The flavour is mild and sweet.
Yellow beetroots can be boiled and served with butter or vinaigrette. They keep their beautiful yellow colour when boiled. They also work well in purées or baked or raw grated or finely sliced in salads.
Best stored at 1 to 3 °C.
