
Common celery
Common celery is also known as ribbed celery or leaf celery. The stems are fleshy, firm, crisp and tasty and the spicy leaves can also be used.
Celery works well as a garnish, in fish and meat dishes, cut into sticks and served with dip and raw in salads.
Best stored at 1 to 3 °C.
